Easter came & went sooo fast this year! Just wanted to share a few photos from our Easter service @ Kings Valley.

One year older...

It's hard to think that I'm officially one year older today. I decided this year I don't want to get any older, I want to hang on to my 20's as long as I can. I have 2 more year's left and I will be out of the 20 somethings...awww! The good thing is I know I will never be able to catch up to my husband!:) Dave surprised me with my birthday present this morning, all assembled and placed in it's spot for me to discover this morning!(thanks hun!) At Christmas we got the top half of it shown in the picture below and today Dave surprised me with the bottom half...the bench/shoe holder. Lovvvve it, and love that he did it as a surprise!:) Plus I had been wanting to go to the recent Reese Whiterspoon movie and thought it was no longer showing and Dave found a theater that it was still playing in and surprised me with tickets. So it's been a fun day of surprises and wonderful Birthday wishes from family and friends.

Blast from the Past!:)

It was sooo awesome visiting with my old friend Becky from IWU this past couple of days! It's crazy to think that it's been 5 years since we were going to IWU together! I really admire what Becky is doing right now, she has decided to take some time off from work to pursue her passion and that is creating Art as a full time job. Ice Skating

We have a great little outdoor ice rink near our church, just down the road. Recently, we took the youth group there for a skate night. There is just something about seeing your husband skating around, can I say it...what a hottie!!:)

Wow it's hard to believe that it's 2008!! This is my 10 year anniversary of High School graduation, and it's crazy to think that it's been 10 years!! Sooo much has happened in the past 10 years too, but how quickly the time flies!
New years was brought in with a few close friends this year and then on New Years Day we got to spend the day with some good old friends from IWU! It was great seeing Christin and Dwayne and their beautiful daughter, Noelle!
In other news....the past 3 weeks have been frustrating!! I (Lynnette) have had NO voice!! So after taking medicine and that not working my doctor has told me to TRY not to talk for a week and see if that works and if I still have no voice after another week she will refer me to an ENT. So please pray that I get my voice back, because I'm starting to go crazy. Dave I think is enjoying it a little too much! :)
