One year older...

It's hard to think that I'm officially one year older today. I decided this year I don't want to get any older, I want to hang on to my 20's as long as I can. I have 2 more year's left and I will be out of the 20 somethings...awww! The good thing is I know I will never be able to catch up to my husband!:) Dave surprised me with my birthday present this morning, all assembled and placed in it's spot for me to discover this morning!(thanks hun!) At Christmas we got the top half of it shown in the picture below and today Dave surprised me with the bottom half...the bench/shoe holder. Lovvvve it, and love that he did it as a surprise!:) Plus I had been wanting to go to the recent Reese Whiterspoon movie and thought it was no longer showing and Dave found a theater that it was still playing in and surprised me with tickets. So it's been a fun day of surprises and wonderful Birthday wishes from family and friends.

It was sooo awesome visiting with my old friend Becky from IWU this past couple of days! It's crazy to think that it's been 5 years since we were going to IWU together! I really admire what Becky is doing right now, she has decided to take some time off from work to pursue her passion and that is creating Art as a full time job.
